Two disciplines that usually don't sit in the same room.

Néstor has spent twenty years across law and finance. He cofounded an investment fund with $50 million under management before building a cross border services firm from scratch, which now serves more than 2,000 clients across 60 countries.

He is also the client. A US permanent resident who has lived and worked in Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East, he holds accounts, companies, and assets in more than one country and files the same forms Lumen's clients file. The questions people bring to the firm, which election to make, when to sell, what a move actually triggers, are ones he has had to answer for himself first.

At Lumen he is responsible for strategy, client experience, and the coordination between structure, immigration, and tax. He is based in New York.

Roger is an IRS Enrolled Agent. Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential awarded by the IRS, carrying unlimited rights of representation before the IRS in every state and from any country.

He holds a bachelor's and a master's in accounting from Florida International University and began his career at multinational accounting firms, training on the international structures normally reserved for corporate and high net worth clients. For the past twelve years he has applied that work to individuals and closely held businesses operating across borders, in real estate, hospitality, transportation, and investment, covering US tax planning and compliance, entity structuring, financial statements, and IRS representation.

At Lumen, Roger is responsible for the technical work. Every return and information filing is prepared and reviewed under his supervision. He is based in Miami.
